Can you confirm the surface finish specification? We need Ra 1.6 or better for the mating surfaces.
Good morning! Yes, we can definitely achieve Ra 1.6 on all mating surfaces. Our standard finish is Ra 3.2, but we can do precision finishing as required.
The updated quote with Ra 1.6 specification will have a small price adjustment. I'll send the revised quote shortly.
